As 2022 comes to a close we would like to thank all of the amazing clients, partners, and suppliers that we've had the opportunity to work with this year. The OrcaTM Series motor launched early this year, and we are excited by how quickly it has been adopted all around the world.
To celebrate the season we have programmed an Orca Series motor to play a little tune, by vibrating a shaft at certain frequencies. We hope you enjoy!
SDK for Windows Release
Iris Dynamics is pleased to announce the release of our Software Development Kit (SDK) for Windows. Our Windows driver allows for control of multiple motors at once directly from a Windows computer. The SDK walks developers through connecting to an Orca Motor using the MODBUS protocol, building flexible GUIs using our Windows application IrisControls4, and how to utilize the features of the Orca Series motors. The SDK also includes libraries for custom application development. Developers can choose to follow step by step tutorials, or jump into modifying example projects to meet their needs.
