IrisControls provides real-time visualization of  ORCA Series Smart Linear Motors performance, allowing engineers to monitor behaviour, diagnose issues, and tune control parameters without external data acquisition tools. Each plot updates continuously, giving immediate feedback during operation, and can be interacted with directly for detailed analysis.

Accessing ORCA Motor Performance Data

Pause

Double-clicking a plot freezes the live update, enabling detailed examination of the current data.

Zoom

After pausing, users can zoom in or out by using the mouse scroll wheel, to focus on specific regions of interest.

Pan

Plots can be dragged to navigate through the captured data, facilitating precise inspection of trends and anomalies.

Return to Live

 Double-clicking a plot a second time returns it to live update mode.
