Iris Dynamics Ltd. announces the appointment of Jeff More as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 5, 2026. Founder Patrick McFadden will remain with the company in a full-time role as Director, continuing to support key strategic initiatives and ensuring leadership continuity. This leadership transition reflects Iris Dynamics’ continued growth and its focus on scaling operations to support the growing demand of customers deploying advanced linear motion systems across a wide range of industries.
More brings 25+ years of experience leading and scaling technology-driven companies through commercialization and global expansion. He is recognized for transforming promising technologies into sustainable, high-performance businesses by aligning product strategy, commercial execution, and operating discipline.
Prior to joining Iris Dynamics, More served as the President and CEO of MineSense Technologies, where he led the company from early commercialization to a global market presence. When More joined MineSense, the company was at a stage comparable to where Iris Dynamics is today. Under his leadership, the company expanded internationally, built a strong recurring revenue model, and scaled into a global technology leader.
Since co-founding Iris Dynamics, Patrick McFadden has led the company from an early-stage startup to a vertically integrated manufacturer with in-house design, engineering, and production capabilities in Victoria, BC. Under his leadership, Iris established a strong foundation of innovation, operational capability, and direct customer collaboration.
