When LabVIEW Makes Sense for Your Application

LabVIEW is commonly used in industrial, test and measurement applications. Modbus RTU libraries allow direct communication with ORCA motors at limited communication rates. LabVIEW’s virtual instrument panels are a useful tool to control and display sensor data from ORCA motors. Because LabVIEW is limited in communication rate, it is more suited to modes that don’t require constant external input like Kinematic and Haptic mode. LabVIEW can be used in tandem with IrisControls.
